Former NFL player Jasen Isom and his father, John, began CAMP 41 Gym as a way to help athletes with a sport-specific training regimen tailored to fit the needs of each individual athletes they train. Jasen is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and played in the NFL as a 49er and New Orleans Saint as a well respected full back.
CAMP 41 Gym isn't just a strength and conditioning camp, however. It's also a full gym including cardio equipment, free weights, fitness classes, and massage therapy! Along with the gym, Camp 41 offers sports-specific training for training for all sports, speed training sessions as well as personal training.
